The Namibia Mineworkers Investment Holdings Company (Pty) Ltd, commonly known as NAM-MIC Holdings, is a Namibian investment holding company established in 1997. It was created by the National Executive Committee of the Mineworkers Union of Namibia (MUN) through the Namibia Miners Investment Trust (NAMIT / Namitvest). The company was formed to enable mineworkers and their communities to actively participate in Namibia’s economic development through strategic commercial investments.

NAM-MIC Holdings serves as the investment vehicle for the Mineworkers Union of Namibia. Its primary purpose is to generate superior and sustainable returns for its shareholder (the Trust) while creating broader socio-economic benefits. The beneficiaries of the Trust include current and former mineworkers, energy sector workers, their dependents, and the communities from which they originate.
