Mining Expo & Conference

The 13th Namibia Mining Expo & Conference, organised by the Chamber of Mines of Namibia, will take place from 4 to 6 August 2026 at the Windhoek Show Grounds. As the country’s premier mining event, it brings together mining companies, exploration firms, service providers, government stakeholders, and investors under one roof. The three-day programme combines a large-scale exhibition with a high-level conference, offering a comprehensive platform to showcase the latest developments, technologies, and opportunities across Namibia’s dynamic extractives sector.

The event provides exhibitors and delegates with direct access to key decision-makers while featuring technical presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities focused on critical industry topics. These include exploration advancements, operational excellence, sustainability and environmental stewardship, local content development, skills and training, and the role of mining in Namibia’s broader economic transformation. With strong participation from both established players and emerging companies, the Mining Expo & Conference serves as an essential marketplace for business development and knowledge exchange.

As Namibia continues to leverage its rich mineral endowment — including diamonds, uranium, gold, copper, and critical minerals — the 2026 Mining Expo & Conference will play a vital role in attracting investment, fostering innovation, and promoting responsible mining practices. The event reinforces the sector’s contribution to national development while creating meaningful connections that support long-term growth, job creation, and sustainable resource management in one of Namibia’s most important economic pillars.
