Cevé Consulting is a Namibian workplace wellness and human capital development firm that focuses on developing individuals and strengthening organisations. It specialises in group training initiatives covering communication skills, emotional mindfulness, and awareness of factors that affect the work environment.

The team is led by Founder & Consultant Ernst Coetzee (also Country Leader of the Global Leadership Summit in Namibia) and Consultant Patrick de Goede, who brings decades of experience in specialist retail, coaching, and public speaking focused on leadership, resilience, and connection.
