Susan Nel

Susan Nel is a Creative Transformation Coach, professional photographer, Enneagram practitioner and visual artist based in Namibia. She brings together over 20 years of business experience with deep expertise in coaching and visual storytelling to help individuals and leaders unlock their potential and gain new perspectives.

Susan holds an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation and is a certified People Development and Enneagram practitioner. She uses photography as a powerful tool in her coaching practice to help clients develop self-awareness, spark creativity and see their challenges and opportunities from fresh angles.

Through her unique approach, Susan partners with clients on personal growth, leadership development and creative transformation. Her coaching combines psychological insight, practical business experience and creative methodologies to support meaningful and lasting change.

In addition to coaching, Susan runs Susan Nel Photography, specialising in corporate, conceptual, event and portrait photography. She also offers photography training, visual content creation and personal brand photography, helping individuals and businesses communicate their stories powerfully through imagery.
