It operates as a 100% subsidiary of August 26 Holding Company (Pty) Ltd and forms part of the broader August 26 Group, a state-owned enterprise with roots in defence-related procurement that has expanded into civilian manufacturing.

The company produces a wide range of products including personal protective equipment (PPE), corporate wear, school uniforms, T-shirts, workwear, and specialised footwear. It also offers embroidery services for custom branding and identification on garments and other textile products.
