Unmatched Potential Coaching
Unmatched Potential, founded by Etienne Raymond, delivers entrepreneurship coaching and mentorship focused on shifting mindsets from seeking employment to creating opportunities. It works primarily with vocational (TVET) graduates and young people to help them turn technical skills into sustainable businesses.
The organisation partners with entities such as the Capricorn Foundation on the “Be Your Own Boss” Vocational Graduate Entrepreneurship Programme. These three-month in-person programmes provide practical coaching on business development, covering areas such as finance, marketing, operations, and mindset, and have expanded from Swakopmund to towns including Otjiwarongo and Outapi.
It also organises Street Sports Namibia, a community initiative offering weekly football and netball activities in locations such as Swakopmund, Windhoek, and Ondangwa. The sports programme, supported by partners including the Old Mutual Foundation, aims to increase access to organised sport while linking participants to entrepreneurship pathways.
Business Box Namibia operates as a related or integrated platform for entrepreneurial thinking and support. It has established physical hubs and online options for coaching, community building, and practical business guidance, with locations historically including Swakopmund and Windhoek.
Programmes emphasise practical application over theory, helping participants identify market needs, structure businesses, and develop self-leadership. Cohorts have included both new participants and continuing support for earlier groups who completed pilot phases.
The work targets youth unemployment by equipping participants with tools to create livelihoods for themselves and others. It combines individual coaching, group mentorship, and community initiatives to foster an entrepreneurial culture among vocational graduates and young people across multiple Namibian towns.
