SCE Consulting Engineers

SCE Consulting Engineers is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Windhoek, Namibia. With a history spanning more than 45 years, it has established itself as one of the country’s leading engineering consultancies serving both public and private sector clients.

The firm’s roots trace back to the late 1960s / 1980, when it evolved into an independent practice under the leadership of Henning Seelenbinder. It later operated as Seelenbinder Consulting Engineers before becoming known as SCE. Over the decades it has completed thousands of projects across Namibia and further afield.

SCE offers integrated services across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental and Project Management disciplines. This multi-disciplinary approach allows the firm to deliver end-to-end solutions from concept and design through to implementation and project oversight.

The company has contributed to many notable infrastructure and building projects in Namibia, including bulk water schemes, power infrastructure, commercial developments, hospitals, malls, airports and industrial facilities.
