Collexia Payments (Pty) Ltd is a Namibian payments service provider founded in 2016 to address the need for a locally owned payment intermediary. It operates as a Payments Intermediary Service Provider registered with the Payments Association of Namibia and licensed by the Bank of Namibia, with Visa PayFac certification.

The company focuses on enabling businesses to outsource direct bank payment interfaces. Its core offering, EnDO (Enhanced Debit Orders), automates recurring collections such as loans, fees, subscriptions, and donations with features including multi-day tracking, real-time reporting, and direct settlements.

Collexia also supports electronic credit payments for bulk or single transfers, including salaries, supplier payments, refunds, and grants into Namibian bank accounts. Solutions can integrate with existing business systems or use a web-based platform.

Since expanding its client base from 2020, the company has served more than one hundred merchants and processed substantial transaction volumes. It positions itself as a Namibian-owned alternative that aims for competitive rates and compliance with local regulations.

The firm partners with platforms in sectors such as rental housing and microfinance to simplify collections. It emphasises secure processing, data confidentiality, and independence as a standalone payments entity.
