The 2019 substantive salary negotiations between Dundee Precious Metals Tsumeb and the Mine Workers Union of Namibia Tsumeb Branch was concluded on the, 25th January 2019 in Tsumeb.
The agreement provides for a 5.1% annual increase in basic salary and other benefits for all permanent employees within the bargaining unit which comprises of A1-C3.
